RIRL Gift Guide 2024

I am NOT an early Christmas shopper so it makes sense that my gift guide is coming in hot a little later than most! These are things that I am either shopping for, already own & love, or adding to my personal Christmas list!

For the Hostess:

A kitchen towel from Geometry, a local San Clemente company that makes beautiful kitchen towels in so many fun prints that you will have a tough time choosing one! I also adore the hand towels from Olive & Linen. They have beautiful Turkish dish towels that I use in my kitchen and guest bathroom. Their bath and beach towels would also make great gifts!

A clean burning candle from Salt & Stone is one of my go to hostess gifts.

Anything from Brightland...they make fabulous olive oils and vinegars and the packaging makes it extra special for gifting. I really like this little set.

A pretty wine coaster with a good bottle of wine!

A beautiful and unique cheese board.

For the Foodie:

A Sampler Pack of Jem Organics Nut Butters. Trust me when I tell you that these organic, sprouted nut butters are next-level good! The Cinnamon Maca Almond Butter is such a treat!

My husband has been a long-time fan of Marie Sharp's Hot Sauce, and I replenish his stash every Christmas. He claims it is the best out there.

I have had this Digital Meat Thermometer for years and it continues to work fast and accurate for checking the internal temp of whatever you are cooking.

I bought this mini blender to make smoothies, and I am SO happy with it! I had a Magic Bullet, but this thing is so much better. I use it several times a week, and it blends my smoothies to perfection. So much easier than pulling out my big Vitamix. This would also be a great gift for a college kid's dorm.

A sweet little salt cellar like this one or this one. I have both on my counter...one for kosher salt and one for pink Himalayan salt. Add a set of fancy salts to go with it!

A gift set from Jackie's Jams. I love all of the jams they make!

A set of spices from Burlap and Barrel. I have a drawer full of their awesome herbs and spices.

For the Coffee Lover:

This French Press or this Pour Over work beautifully and look great on the counter.

A gift set from Peet's...my husband's favorite coffee.

I love this Electric Tea Kettle and use it daily. I can set it to heat up to the perfect temp for my morning matcha and my husband can set it to brew his pour over or French press.

The organic teas from Arbor Teas  are the best. I use this little brewer to make tea for my son to take to school. He loves the Thai Tea with coconut milk over ice.

And if you know someone that likes Matcha, this is my favorite (and I have tried many!).

This little mini frother is so handy for all the barista drinks!

For the Cocktail & Wine Lover:

I love a good cocktail glass and have gifted my husband these and these for bourbon and whiskey. He also loves these for sipping neat.

And I am obsessed with these pretty little Nick & Nora glasses! Love making a good Bee's Knees in these, and the beautiful gift box makes them perfect for gifting!

This contraption makes perfectly clear ice balls to elevate your Old Fashioned!

And speaking of Old Fashioneds, I love this mixing glass for making them. Add this bar spoon for easy mixing.

And don't forget a bottle of bourbon! I shop at Bitter's & Bottles for a lot of our top-shelf spirits. They are located in San Francisco and have a great selection and ship quickly. They are also very knowledgeable if you need to speak with someone for a recommendation. I love this Rowan's Creek, and my husband is a big fan of this Frank August Small Batch bourbon.

This 4-bottle wine cooler would be a great gift for a wine enthusiast.

Also for wine and so useful...these Vacu Vin chillers keep your white or sparkling wine cold or bring your reds to cellar temp in a flash. I always have them in my freezer. And you can keep your red wine fresh for a week with this Vacu Vin Wine Saver.

For Him:

This speaker has a magnet so that it can attach to a golf cart for tunes on the course. My husband loves it.

This fast and accurate range finder makes a great gift for any golfer.

I bought this insulated growler for my husband a few years back, and he loves it. He said it can be 80 degrees out, and even if he leaves it in the car for the first 9 holes, the beer is ice cold for the back 9!

This universal can cooler was one of my husband's favorite gifts last year. It keeps your bottle or can cold, and your hands don't freeze.

These sweats from Legends are a favorite of my husband and son, along with this sweatshirt.

This phone/watch4/airpod charger sits on my nightstand, and I love it. I got rid of my nightstand clock and just use this.

My husband is always looking for a box cutter...these little guys are great to have around the house and they are a lot safer than traditional metal blades. They would make a great stocking stuffer! So would this big one or this mini! I gave the mini to my son to use in his dorm, and he said it was very handy.

These OOFOS are my husband's favorite house shoes for wearing at his stand-up desk.

For Her:

Any of the Face Oils from this post!

This clean face cream from Mara is so rich and hydrating. I have been using it as my final step at night and my dry skin is loving it.

This luxurious body oil from Osea...I use it after the shower while my skin is still damp. I am obsessed.

Any of the fragrances from Le Labo. They all smell heavenly but my favorite is Neroli 36!

I use these eye patches from Patchology several times a week to make me look like I slept 9 hours. The travel size is great for a stocking stuffer!

I have been using this exfoliating duo from Philosophy for many years and I will never give it up. Your face feels so smooth and clean after you use it...as if you just had a facial! It works for everyone's skin so it is a great gift for all!

This face serum from Merit has been a favorite of mine for a while now. It is so silky and hydrating and works really well under makeup.

A lip gloss set from Tarte...love the feel of these hydrating lip balms!

My favorite hair care from ROZ is not cheap but it is so good. It is the first clean shampoo and conditioner that actually makes my hair look and feel great. I love all of the products in this line! You can also find it at Nordstrom.

You can't go wrong with the classic UGG boot. I love this length and wear them all the time.

This set from First Aid Beauty is perfect for dry winter skin. I have used many of their products and love them all.

This sweatshirt from Varley is soft and cozy enough for loungewear but looks polished enough to wear anywhere. The matching bottoms are a favorite of mine too.

I love this little mirror for travel. It would make a great stocking stuffer.

This bag is a dupe of a more expensive brand and it is such a useful size for a weekend or carry-on. I use it every time I travel and it has held up very well.

These little hand weights are awesome to carry on a walk or a run for extra arm work.

My weighted vest is great if you know someone that is looking for one!
