What I bought from Amazon - January

Updated: Feb 12

My husband and I take three of these every night before bed. It is a combination of Magnesiumn L-Threonate (for brain function), Magnesium Taurate (calms nerves and helps with sleep), and Magnesium Glycinate (the most absorbable form of magnesium to keep your levels normal). This combination works well for me!

I love these water bottles to use at home. My last one finally broke after 3 years (I dropped it on my kitchen tile). I sip water all day, and this is the perfect size for me. I love the grippy silicone on the outside.

This was actually a Christmas gift from my mom this year, but it is too good not to mention. I heard about it from a beauty influencer and had to give it a try because I was not happy with the curler that I was currently using. Let me just say this is the BEST eyelash curler that I have ever used! It curls my lashes perfectly, and they stay that way all day...without mascara! I seriously LOVE this thing! Yes...It is pricey for an eyelash curler, but it comes with a replacement rubber piece and it will pretty much last forever. It is worth it for me because I don't wear mascara most days and this makes me feel a little more put together!

This is me... crow's feet and all after using the Surratt curler (no mascara). And they last like this until I wash my face!

Got a stinky teenage boy (or husband)? These are great for a quick clean up after sports or the gym, when there is no time for a shower. My son loves them so I buy them regularly

I was bored with all my white dishware and wanted some bowls that would look Instagrammable for my food shots. These were well-reviewed, and I really like them. They are sturdy and have a nice weight to them. The size is perfect for a yogurt bowl (like mine above), or a bowl of soup. They look more expensive than they are!

This is my favorite salt to cook with. It is a kosher grain, and it is perfectly pinchable. It has no additives, and it has less sodium per serving than regular table salt. Salt is one of the most important seasonings in your pantry so it should be great quality, and Diamond Crystal is the salt that most professional chefs use.

I had to restock my Lil' Bucks. I love these little things! I use them on my yogurt bowls and as a topping on my salad. They give the best crunch, and they are so nutritious. Buckwheat groats are gluten-free, and these have no added sugar. The fact that they are sprouted means that the nutrients are easier for your body to absorb. They have 5 grams of fiber and 6 grams of protein per serving.

I use this next to my sink for drying dishes and pots/pans that don't go in the dishwasher. Water gets absorbed into the stone, which is made from diatomaceous earth. The mat dries in minutes! I love the look of it for a drying mat (I don't like the terrycloth mats that never seem to dry properly). The only downfall is that it will stain if you drip coffee or wine on it.

Another item my son uses. He is super picky about his deodorant, and I had a hard time finding one that he liked that wasn't loaded with chemicals. He is a big fan of Dr. Squatch. He likes the scents, and I love that it is aluminum-free and has no toxic ingredients. Even the fragrance is natural.
