I finally had to replace my old Epicurean spoon that had been well loved for 7 years. This is the spoon I reach for most when I am cooking dinner. It is easier to clean than a regular wooden spoon because it made from paper composite and doesn't stain or absorb food like regular wood does.
I use this for spraying olive oil on veggies, meat, and fish for roasting or air frying. The sprayer works great and hasn't gotten clogged. I love the fine mist it puts out for coating food perfectly. You can also use it to pour as well.
